How To Display A Different Menu For Different Types Of Users

Depending on how you are using your Hubbli site, you may want to have pages that are accessible only to users that are currently logged into your site.

Alternatively, you might want to hide pages from people that are logged into the site because they are only meant for the general public.

This is especially useful in the case that you are using Hubbli as your main website so that prospective parents and enrolled parents can have a different and tailored experience that ensure each group has an optimal user experience.

By default, when you create a new menu item it is accessible to everyone, logged in or not. So this article will show you how to hide the page based on conditional logic.

  1. Go to your menu editor by navigating to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
  2. Select the menu item you want to change the settings for.
  3. Click on the checkbox beside 'Enable Conditional Logic'
  4. Then select if you want to 'Show' or 'Hide' the item and the condition or role to apply the settings to.
  5. Remember to hit Save.
