How to restrict the parents to fill out the form after a certain date

We will be able to restrict the parents to fill out the form after a certain date. Please follow the steps to schedule a time period the form is active.

Step 1: Hover over settings > form settings

Step 2: Scroll down to the restrictions

Step 3 Check schedule form

Step 4: Enter the start and end date/time

Step 5: Click update settings
