How to organize the Zoom Virtual Classroom recording links using Group Docs

Hubbli's Group Docs feature enables the group admin's to create and share the group docs with the parents. Group docs are a great way to organize and share the virtual classroom recording links with your group members that you want to remain easily available in a static order rather than in the main activity stream that keeps moving items down.

Here's how to create a group doc and share the Zoom Virtual Classroom recordings with the group members:

Step 1: Log into your Hubbli site

Step 2: Click on the 'Groups' tab on your menu bar:

Step 3: Select the Group you wish to share the recording links with:

Step 4: Click on Docs

Step 5: Click on Create New Doc

Step 6:  You can begin typing the title in the appropriate text box.

Step 7: Once you enter the title, the next step is to copy your Zoom Virtual Classroom recording links.  In order to do this you will have to do the following steps:

  1. Log into your Zoom account and select Recordings.
  2. Click Share
  3. Select your preferred privacy settings for the recording (as shown below) and copy the link

Step 8: Once you copy the recording URL, go back to your classroom group doc and paste the URL in the content section

Step 9: Click on Add Files in order to upload files (Optional)
For example, if you want to send a document that is relevant to the recording.

Step 10: Scroll down and click save
