How To Prepare Your Member Import List

The first step is to download the member import template which you will then send to us so we can import it for you. Click the link to download the template:  Members Import Template

These four fields (first_name, last_name,user_email and student name) are the minimum requirements to create a parent account.

For the Staff/Teacher/Administrator account (first_name, last_name,user_email, role) are the minimum requirements to create an account.

In order for an account to be created, each user must have their own unique email address. If two parents have the same email, only the first account will be created.

If a user is a parent and a staff member, they need to have two unique email addresses in order to have two separate accounts for each role.
